Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyse the mediating role of Physical Education importance and satisfaction/fun between the dispositional goal orientations of secondary school students and their intention to partake in leisure time physical activity. The research design was descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-randomized. In total, 2102 secondary school students participated ( = 14.87; = 1.39) (1024 males; 1078 females). The scales used were the Perception of Success Questionnaire, Importance of Physical Education, Satisfaction with Physical Education, and Intention to Participate in Leisure Time Physical Activity. Structural equation models with the latent variables were also calculated. The results highlight that Physical Education satisfaction/fun has a mediating effect between task orientation and the intention to practice physical activity during leisure time.

摘要

本研究的目的是分析体育教育的重要性以及满意度/趣味性在中学生的特质目标导向与其参与休闲体育活动的意愿之间所起的中介作用。研究设计为描述性、横断面且非随机的。共有2102名中学生参与(平均年龄=14.87岁;标准差=1.39)(1024名男生;1078名女生)。所使用的量表包括成功感知问卷、体育教育的重要性、体育教育满意度以及参与休闲体育活动的意愿。还计算了带有潜在变量的结构方程模型。结果表明,体育教育满意度/趣味性在任务导向与休闲时间进行体育活动的意愿之间具有中介作用。
