Abstract

Data on the 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences from Pteris vittata rhizosphere soils are reported. The following phyla were recorded in arsenic-rich soils: (59%), (26%), (17%), and (9%). (45%), (22%), (10%), and (11%) were in natural-mineral soils.
