To conduct a meta-synthesis of qualitative studies on the post-traumatic growth experiences of childhood cancer survivors.
Various databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EMBASE, PsycInfo, ProQuest, Scopus, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, China Science and Technology Journal Database (CSTJ), and China Biology Medicine (CBM) were used to retrieve qualitative studies on childhood cancer survivors who experienced post-traumatic growth.
Eight papers were included in this study, and similar fragments were combined to form eight categories, which were further combined into four synthesized findings: adjustment of cognitive system, enhancement of personal strength, improving relationships with others, resetting of life goals.
Post-traumatic growth was observed in some childhood cancer survivors. The potential resources and positive forces contributing to this growth are of great significance in the fight against cancer, in tapping into individual and social resources to help survivors grow, and in improving their survival rates and quality of life. It also provides a new perspective for healthcare providers regarding the relevant psychological interventions.
对儿童癌症幸存者创伤后成长经历的定性研究进行元分析。
检索 PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMBASE、PsycInfo、ProQuest、Scopus、中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据、中国科技期刊数据库（CSTJ）和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）等数据库，收集儿童癌症幸存者创伤后成长的定性研究。
共纳入 8 篇文献，对相似片段进行合并，形成 8 个类别，进一步综合为 4 个综合发现：认知系统的调整、个人力量的增强、人际关系的改善、生活目标的重置。
部分儿童癌症幸存者出现了创伤后成长。这种成长所涉及的潜在资源和积极力量，对于癌症的抗争、发掘个体和社会资源帮助幸存者成长、提高其生存率和生活质量具有重要意义，也为医疗保健提供者提供了一个关于相关心理干预的新视角。
