The gene is a plasmid-borne colistin resistance gene. The complete genome sequence of an -carrying Enterobacter roggenkampii clinical strain that had been isolated from a blood culture was obtained. The genome consists of a 4.95-Mbp chromosome and six plasmids, including a 195-kb plasmid harboring and two replicons, IncFIB(K) and IncFII(Yp).
该基因是一种质粒携带的黏菌素抗性基因。获得了从血培养中分离出的携带该基因的罗根坎普肠杆菌临床菌株的完整基因组序列。该基因组由一条4.95兆碱基对的染色体和六个质粒组成，包括一个携带该基因的195千碱基对质粒以及两个复制子，即IncFIB(K)和IncFII(Yp)。
