The fermenting ability of 380 strains of Yersinia spp. on esculin, L-fucose and D-arabitol was studied. All the strains of Y. enterocolitica belonging to biotype 2 serotype 0:9 and to biotype 4 serotype 0:3 failed to utilize such carbohydrates; the strains belonging to the other bioserotypes as well as the strains of Y. enterocolitica-like showed different reactions.
研究了380株耶尔森菌属菌株对七叶苷、L-岩藻糖和D-阿拉伯糖醇的发酵能力。所有属于生物型2血清型0:9和生物型4血清型0:3的小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌菌株均不能利用这些碳水化合物;属于其他生物血清型的菌株以及类小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌菌株表现出不同的反应。
