Abstract
PURPOSE
Three cases of atypical events following intra-arterial chemotherapy for the treatment of retinoblastoma are presented.
METHODS
Case report.
RESULTS
One patient had acute orbital swelling with proptosis, another with extravasation of the chemotherapeutic agent, and the final with total ipsilateral hearing loss.
CONCLUSIONS
These cases underscore the importance of maintaining close follow-up when using intra-arterial chemotherapy for treatment of retinoblastoma.

目的
报告3例视网膜母细胞瘤动脉内化疗后出现的非典型事件。
方法
病例报告。
结果
1例患者出现急性眼眶肿胀伴眼球突出，另1例出现化疗药物外渗，最后1例出现同侧完全性听力丧失。
结论
这些病例强调了在使用动脉内化疗治疗视网膜母细胞瘤时进行密切随访的重要性。
