A base-mediated [4 + 3] cycloaddition reaction of sulfonylphthalide with ,-cyclic azomethine imines to facilely synthesize novel pyrimidinone-fused naphthoquinones is described. The prepared compounds can be readily converted to isoquinoline-1,4-dione derivatives via alkaline methanolysis. Alternatively, the isoquinoline-1,4-dione can also be prepared by base-mediated one-pot three-component reaction of sulfonylphthalide with ,-cyclic azomethine imines in methanol.
描述了一种碱介导的磺酰基邻苯二甲酰亚胺与α,β-环状甲亚胺亚胺的[4 + 3]环加成反应,用于简便地合成新型嘧啶酮稠合萘醌。所制备的化合物可通过碱性甲醇解轻松转化为异喹啉-1,4-二酮衍生物。另外,异喹啉-1,4-二酮也可通过磺酰基邻苯二甲酰亚胺与α,β-环状甲亚胺亚胺在甲醇中的碱介导一锅三组分反应制备。
