Pregnancy following heart transplant (HT) surgery poses a high risk to the patient, and limited data are available on practices for post-HT pregnant patients. We report a case of a 34-year-old female patient in her 20 week of pregnancy, diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy at 20 years of age. An HT procedure was performed 5 years ago on the patient. The patient had multiple miscarriages and in-vitro fertilization in 2021. The patient presented in the 20 week of gestation with shortness of breath and delivered prematurely via cesarean section. The procedure was successfully performed under spinal anesthesia with no complications, and the patient was stable. Implementing a multidisciplinary team in managing such challenging cases would further improve anesthesia management in the future.
心脏移植（HT）手术后怀孕对患者构成高风险，且关于HT术后怀孕患者的治疗方法的数据有限。我们报告一例34岁女性患者，怀孕20周，20岁时被诊断为限制性心肌病。该患者于5年前接受了HT手术。患者在2021年有多次流产和体外受精经历。患者在妊娠20周时出现呼吸急促，并通过剖宫产提前分娩。手术在脊髓麻醉下成功进行，无并发症，患者情况稳定。在管理此类具有挑战性的病例时实施多学科团队将在未来进一步改善麻醉管理。
