Abstract

The aim of this study was to explore the acute effects of Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT), Whole-Body Vibration (WBV), and BFRT + WBV on the 20 m sprint, muscle activation, and metabolic accumulation in male sprinters. Sixteen male sprinters randomly performed BFRT, WBV, or BFRT + WBV interventions with 72 h intervals. Electromyography (EMG) signals were collected before and during interventions. Fingertip blood was taken before, immediately after, and 15 min after the intervention. 20 m sprint was performed before and 3 min after the intervention. 1) 0-10m and 0-20 m sprint performance were significantly improved after WBV and BFRT + WBV interventions ( < 0.05), 0-20 m sprint performance was significantly improved after all three interventions ( < 0.05), 2) After BFRT + WBV intervention, the EMG amplitude of the vastus lateralis and soleus were significantly improved. Greater increases in EMG activity of the tibialis anterior muscle ( < 0.05)and blood lactate ( < 0.05)were observed following BFRT intervention compared to BFRT + WBV intervention. For sprint performance, BFRT and WBV had similar post-activation enhancement effects to BFRT + WBV, and the metabolic accumulation immediately following the BFRT were higher than that following BFRT + WBV in male sprinters.

本研究旨在探讨血流限制训练(BFRT)、全身振动(WBV)以及BFRT + WBV对男性短跑运动员20米冲刺、肌肉激活和代谢积累的急性影响。16名男性短跑运动员以72小时间隔随机进行BFRT、WBV或BFRT + WBV干预。在干预前和干预期间收集肌电图(EMG)信号。在干预前、干预后立即以及干预后15分钟采集指尖血样。在干预前和干预后3分钟进行20米冲刺测试。1)WBV和BFRT + WBV干预后,0 - 10米和0 - 20米冲刺成绩显著提高(P < 0.05),三种干预后0 - 20米冲刺成绩均显著提高(P < 0.05);2)BFRT + WBV干预后,股外侧肌和比目鱼肌的EMG幅度显著提高。与BFRT + WBV干预相比,BFRT干预后胫骨前肌的EMG活性增加更大(P < 0.05),血乳酸水平更高(P < 0.05)。对于短跑成绩,BFRT和WBV对BFRT + WBV具有相似的激活后增强效应,并且男性短跑运动员在BFRT后立即的代谢积累高于BFRT + WBV后的代谢积累。
