We present a case of a young man with complete atrioventricular block and aneurysm of the right sinus of Valsalva penetrating the interventricular septum and causing severe aortic regurgitation. Chest trauma and inflammatory or infectious diseases are potential causes. Bentall-de Bono surgical repair was performed. Anatomopathologic analysis demonstrated fibrosis, hyalinization, and extensive myxoid material. ().
我们报告一例年轻男性病例，其患有完全性房室传导阻滞，且瓦尔萨尔瓦窦右窦瘤穿破室间隔并导致严重主动脉瓣反流。胸部创伤以及炎症或感染性疾病是潜在病因。实施了Bentall - de Bono手术修复。解剖病理学分析显示有纤维化、玻璃样变以及大量黏液样物质。（）
