Abstract
We report the whole-genome sequence of Mucilaginibacter jinjuensis type strain KACC 16571, which was isolated from rotten wood in South Korea. The genome of Mucilaginibacter jinjuensis KACC 16571 consists of a 6.16-Mb circular chromosome, with a G+C content of 42.1% and 5,262 total predicted coding genes.

我们报告了来自韩国腐烂木材中分离出的晋州黏液杆菌模式菌株KACC 16571的全基因组序列。晋州黏液杆菌KACC 16571的基因组由一条6.16 Mb的环状染色体组成，G+C含量为42.1%，共预测有5262个编码基因。
