Abstract

In this study, full widths at half maximum (FWHM), asymmetry indexes, chemical shifts (ΔE) and Kβ-to-Kα X-ray intensity ratios of some pure metals (Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn) and some of their oxidized compounds (MnO, FeO, FeO, CuO and ZnO) were investigated. The samples were excited by 59.54 keV photons emitted from aAm radioisotopes source and characteristic K X-rays emitted from the samples were counted by a Si(Li) detector. The results have shown that the Kβ-to-Kα X-ray intensity ratios, asymmetry indexes, chemical shifts and full widths at half maximum (FWHM) values can change with sample sizes.

在这项研究中,我们研究了一些纯金属(Mn、Fe、Cu 和 Zn)及其部分氧化化合物(MnO、FeO、Fe2O3、CuO 和 ZnO)的半高宽(FWHM)、不对称指数、化学位移(ΔE)和 Kβ-Kα X 射线强度比。样品由 59.54keV 光子从 Am 放射性同位素源激发,并由 Si(Li)探测器计数样品发出的特征 K X 射线。结果表明,Kβ-Kα X 射线强度比、不对称指数、化学位移和半高宽(FWHM)值都会随样品尺寸而变化。
