PURPOSE
The purpose of the present case report is to describe an extremely rare and unusual coronary interarterial communication.
METHODS
A 65-year-old female patient admitted with acute coronary syndrome underwent a coronary angiography performed with Judkins technique to obtain standard angiographic views.
RESULTS
We have demonstrated a very rare interarterial communication traversing an unusual retroaortic path between the body of left circumflex artery and the conus branch of the right coronary artery.
CONCLUSION
Coronary interarterial communications are rarely encountered; however, may fulfill important tasks in the coronary circulation. Therefore, invasive cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons should be aware of their presence.
目的
本病例报告的目的是描述一种极为罕见且异常的冠状动脉动脉间交通。
方法
一位 65 岁女性因急性冠脉综合征入院，采用 Judkins 技术进行冠状动脉造影以获得标准的血管造影图像。
结果
我们展示了一种非常罕见的动脉间交通，它在左回旋支的体部和右冠状动脉圆锥支之间走行一条异常的主动脉后路径。
结论
冠状动脉动脉间交通很少见，但可能在冠状动脉循环中发挥重要作用。因此，介入心脏病专家和心血管外科医生应该意识到它们的存在。
