Abstract
: The epidermoid cysts of the mouth are located on the mid line of the floor of mouth, most likely caused by the retention of the germinal epithelium during the growth of the mandible and hyoid branchial arches. Here, we present a case of large epidermoid cyst involving sublingual region.
