Abstract

The genus (Diaporthaceae, Diaporthales) comprises endophytes, pathogens and saprophytes, inhabiting a wide range of woody hosts and resulting in serious canker disease. To determine the diversity of species associated with canker disease of host plants in Beijing, China, a total of 35 representative strains were isolated from 18 host genera. Three novel species (, and ) and four known species (, , and ) were identified, based on morphological comparison and phylogenetic analyses using partial ITS, , , and loci. These results provide an understanding of the taxonomy of species associated with canker diseases in Beijing, China.

摘要

属(座囊菌科,座囊菌目)包括内生菌、病原菌和腐生菌,寄生于多种木本宿主植物,可引发严重的溃疡病。为确定中国北京地区与宿主植物溃疡病相关的物种多样性,从18个宿主属中总共分离出35株代表性菌株。基于形态学比较以及使用部分ITS、、、和基因座进行的系统发育分析,鉴定出3个新物种(、和)和4个已知物种(、、和)。这些结果有助于了解中国北京地区与溃疡病相关的物种分类情况。
