Abstract

233 cases with posterior nasal pack are compared, two third being treated with Foley catheter technique. Using the Bellocq technique there are 47% of bleeding at intervals and 9% of bleeding while using the Foley catheter. Local and general complications are 3.5 times lugher Bellocq technique than in Foley catheter use.

对233例后鼻孔填塞病例进行了比较，其中三分之二采用Foley导管技术治疗。采用Bellocq技术时，间歇性出血发生率为47%，采用Foley导管时为9%。Bellocq技术的局部和全身并发症发生率是使用Foley导管时的3.5倍。
