Abstract

Salivary secretion was evoked reflexly by taste or noxious stimulation at different body temperatures in urethane anesthetized rats. Magnitude of salivary secretion induced either by a taste stimulus or by a pinch was facilitated by increasing rectal temperature in a range of 39-40.3 degrees C. Above a threshold rectal temperature of 40.4 degrees C, copious saliva was continuously secreted without external stimulation.

在氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉的大鼠中，在不同体温下通过味觉或有害刺激反射性诱发唾液分泌。在39-40.3摄氏度范围内提高直肠温度，可促进味觉刺激或捏夹诱导的唾液分泌量增加。当直肠温度超过阈值40.4摄氏度时，无需外部刺激就会持续分泌大量唾液。
