A new method has been successfully developed that offers a facile and reliable approach for synthesizing ()-2-(1-(methoxyimino)ethyl)-2-phenylbenzofuran-3(2)-one, providing 28 compounds. This optimized process enables efficient preparation of a wide range of compounds using readily available ()-1-(benzofuran-2-yl)ethan-1-one -methyl oxime and iodobenzene, and provides alternative ideas for the structural modification of benzofuran ketones.
已成功开发出一种新方法,该方法为合成()-2-(1-(甲氧基亚氨基)乙基)-2-苯基苯并呋喃-3(2)-酮提供了一种简便可靠的途径,共得到28种化合物。这种优化后的方法能够使用易得的()-1-(苯并呋喃-2-基)乙-1-酮甲基肟和碘苯高效制备多种化合物,并为苯并呋喃酮的结构修饰提供了新的思路。
