Herein, we report a regioselective, photocatalytic C3 α-aminoalkylation of coumarins a cross-dehydrogenative coupling of dimethylanilines and coumarins. Molecular oxygen was utilized as the oxidizing agent in this transformation, which exhibits a wide substrate scope and affords the products in good yields. It was established that 4-amino-substituted coumarin reacts a different mechanism compared to coumarin derivatives that are unsubstituted at the 4-position.
在此,我们报道了香豆素的区域选择性光催化C3α-氨基烷基化反应,即二甲基苯胺与香豆素的交叉脱氢偶联反应。在该转化反应中,分子氧被用作氧化剂,该反应具有广泛的底物范围,并能以良好的产率得到产物。已确定,与在4位未被取代的香豆素衍生物相比,4-氨基取代的香豆素通过不同的机制进行反应。
