Abstract

A simple and tuned synthesis of a 2-indazole skeleton under metal-free conditions was developed. Under visible-light irradiation at room temperature, 2-((aryl/alkyl/H)ethynyl))aryltriazenes reacted with arylsulfinic acids to afford 3-functionalized -indazoles without extra photocatalyst via an electron donor-acceptor complex. In the presence of arylsulfinic acid, 2-(ethynyl)aryltriazenes underwent an intramolecular oxidation/cyclization to provide 2-indazole-3-carbaldehydes at 50 °C in air.

开发了一种在无金属条件下简单且经过优化的2-吲唑骨架合成方法。在室温可见光照射下,2-((芳基/烷基/H)乙炔基)芳基三氮烯与芳基亚磺酸反应,通过电子供体-受体络合物得到3-官能化吲唑,无需额外的光催化剂。在芳基亚磺酸存在下,2-(乙炔基)芳基三氮烯在空气中于50℃进行分子内氧化/环化反应,生成2-吲唑-3-甲醛。
