Abstract

The effect of unfractionated heparin and a low molecular weight heparin fragment was tested on the DNA synthesis response of human thymocytes to mercuric chloride. In a concentration of 0.01-0.11 mg/ml, unfractionated heparin somewhat stimulated this response, while the heparin fragment at 11.1 mg/ml gave an evident stimulation of the response and a lower stimulation degree at 1.1 mg/ml.

摘要

研究了普通肝素和一种低分子量肝素片段对人胸腺细胞对氯化汞的DNA合成反应的影响。在浓度为0.01 - 0.11毫克/毫升时,普通肝素对该反应有一定程度的刺激,而11.1毫克/毫升的肝素片段对该反应有明显刺激,1.1毫克/毫升时刺激程度较低。
