Abstract

Highly enantioselective propargyl Claisen rearrangement of -propargyl β-ketoesters was achieved under 2.5 mol % of the chiral cobalt complex as the catalyst under mild reaction conditions. With Co(OTf) as the Lewis acid and -symmetric imidazoline-pyrroloimidazolone pyridine as the ligand, diverse chiral allenyl-substituted all-carbon quaternary β-ketoesters were obtained in good yields (up to 97% yield) and high enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee).

在手性钴配合物作为催化剂、用量为2.5 mol%的温和反应条件下,实现了β-炔丙基β-酮酯的高度对映选择性炔丙基克莱森重排反应。以Co(OTf)作为路易斯酸,以对称咪唑啉-吡咯并咪唑酮吡啶作为配体,以良好的产率(高达97%)和高对映选择性(高达98% ee)得到了多种手性烯丙基取代的全碳季碳β-酮酯。
