We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the two-spot ladybird; Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Coccinellidae). The genome sequence is 475 megabases in span. Most of the assembly (94.87%) is scaffolded into 11 chromosomal pseudomolecules, with the X and Y sex chromosomes assembled. The complete mitochondrial genome was also assembled and is 21.2 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly in Ensembl identified 13,611 protein coding genes.

我们展示了一只雄性个体（二斑瓢虫；节肢动物门；昆虫纲；鞘翅目；瓢虫科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列跨度为475兆碱基。大部分组装序列（94.87%）被搭建到11条染色体假分子中，其中X和Y性染色体也已组装完成。完整的线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为21.2千碱基。在Ensembl中对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出13611个蛋白质编码基因。
