Is to analyze the historical development and current state of the Institute of Commission Forensic Medical Examination of adverse outcomes of health care delivery in the domestic criminal proceedings. The article describes the main historical periods of development, summarizes the main problems and identifies the place of commission forensic medical examination for medical cases in current system of forensic medical activity.
