In May 16, 2019, a male patient (aged 51 years) with a rare giant ulcer caused by skin diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the axilla was admitted to Tongren Hospital of Wuhan University & Wuhan Third Hospital, and the ulcer wound was confirmed by biopsy and immunohistochemical analysis after extensive excision. Ultimately, a good prognosis was obtained by transplantation of flap and skin graft in combination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
2019年5月16日，一名51岁男性患者因腋窝皮肤弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤导致罕见巨大溃疡入住武汉大学同仁医院暨武汉市第三医院，广泛切除术后经活检及免疫组化分析确诊溃疡创面。最终，通过皮瓣移植和植皮联合放疗及化疗获得了良好预后。
