Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ultrapulsed fractional CO laser combined with bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on acne scars, so as to provide clinical evidence for future treatment of acne scars.

METHODS

One hundred and twenty patients with acne scars admitted between October 2021 and August 2022 were selected as the research participants, of which 60 cases treated with bFGF plus ultrapulsed fractional CO laser were regarded as the research group (RG) and 60 cases with ultrapulsed fractional CO laser therapy alone were set as the control group (CG). The clinical efficacy, Échelle d'évaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acné (ECCA) score, and scar base depth before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed, and changes in skin pore value, texture value and skin barrier function were detected. Finally, the duration of redness, scabbing and erythema after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were counted.

RESULTS

A higher overall response rate was determined in RG versus CG (<0.05). Besides, RG was lower than CG in post-treatment ECCA score, scar base depth, skin pore value, texture value and transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and higher in skin water and epidermal oil content (<0.05). Moreover, the duration of redness, scabbing and erythema was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in RG than in CG after treatment (<0.05).

CONCLUSION

The combination of bFGF and ultrapulsed fractional CO laser is highly effective and safe in the treatment of acne scars, which reserves widespread use in clinical practice.

目的

观察超脉冲分数 CO₂ 激光联合牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效,为今后痤疮瘢痕的治疗提供临床依据。

方法

选取 2021 年 10 月至 2022 年 8 月收治的 120 例痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象,其中 60 例采用 bFGF 联合超脉冲分数 CO₂ 激光治疗作为研究组(RG),60 例单纯采用超脉冲分数 CO₂ 激光治疗作为对照组(CG)。比较分析两组治疗前后的临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕临床评估量表(ECCA)评分及瘢痕基底深度,检测皮肤毛孔值、质地值及皮肤屏障功能的变化。最后统计治疗后红斑、结痂及红斑持续时间以及治疗后不良反应发生率。

结果

研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,研究组治疗后的 ECCA 评分、瘢痕基底深度、皮肤毛孔值、质地值及经表皮水分流失(TEWL)均低于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤含水量及表皮油脂含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。而且,研究组治疗后红斑、结痂及红斑持续时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论

bFGF 联合超脉冲分数 CO₂ 激光治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效显著且安全,值得临床推广应用
