Abstract

In this study, we present the draft genome sequence of the sp. strain SB12, which was isolated from artisanal cheese of the Carpathian region (Ukraine). The assembly produced 64 contigs, with a total length of 2,514,601 bp. Phylogenetic analysis revealed its proximity to the strains.

在本研究中，我们展示了从喀尔巴阡地区（乌克兰）手工制作的奶酪中分离出的sp. 菌株SB12的基因组序列草图。该组装产生了64个重叠群，总长度为2,514,601 bp。系统发育分析表明它与菌株接近。
