The - and --heterocyclic carbene precursors based on camphor were prepared diastereoselectively in five synthetic steps starting from (1)-(+)-ketopinic acid. The obtained -heterocyclic carbene precursors were investigated in an asymmetric benzoin reaction. All new compounds were fully characterized, and the absolute configurations were determined via X-ray diffraction and NOESY measurements.
基于樟脑的-和--杂环卡宾前体从(1)-(+)-酮基频哪酸开始,通过五步合成以非对映选择性方式制备。所得到的-杂环卡宾前体在不对称安息香反应中进行了研究。所有新化合物都得到了充分表征,并通过X射线衍射和NOESY测量确定了绝对构型。
