Abstract
In a paired-comparison study in 15 hospitalized patients suffering from psoriasis, Dithrocream was compared with dithranol in Lassar's paste. The therapeutic effectiveness of the two preparations was about the same, but Dithrocream gave fewer side effects in the form of staining and irritation.
