Abstract

• We occasionally encounter situations in which TEE is contraindicated. • ICE can be an effective alternative imaging guidance for mitral TEER. • The hybrid approach using TTE is effective to make ICE-guided TEER successful.

摘要

• 我们偶尔会遇到经食管超声心动图（TEE）为禁忌证的情况。

• 心内超声（ICE）可作为二尖瓣经导管缘对缘修复术（TEER）的一种有效的替代成像引导方式。

• 使用经胸超声心动图（TTE）的混合方法对于使心内超声引导的经导管缘对缘修复术成功是有效的。
