This study aims to observe how auriculotherapy acts as a nonpharmacological treatment for pregnant women's gestational hypertension.
This study was a randomized controlled trial. Eighty patients were with gestational hypertension recruited and divided into control (n = 40) and intervention (n = 40) groups. The control group just received the usual perinatal care. The intervention group received one month of auriculotherapy in addition to the usual care. Blood pressure was measured before and 15 minutes after rest in both groups twice a week. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential tests.
The mean systolic blood pressure, based on the Mann-Whitney test, was not statistically significant between the two groups before the intervention and in the first two weeks after the intervention ( >0.05); however, after the third week of intervention, the mean systolic blood pressure in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( <0.001). As per the Mann-Whitney test, the mean diastolic blood pressure was not statistically significant between the two groups before the intervention and the first week after the intervention ( <0.05). However, after the second week of intervention, the mean diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and this decrease was highest in the fourth week of the intervention ( <0.001).
This study demonstrated that auriculotherapy would reduce blood pressure in pregnant women suffering from hypertension.
本研究旨在观察耳穴疗法作为一种非药物治疗方法对妊娠期高血压孕妇的作用。
本研究为随机对照试验。招募了80例妊娠期高血压患者，分为对照组（n = 40）和干预组（n = 40）。对照组仅接受常规围产期护理。干预组在常规护理基础上接受为期一个月的耳穴疗法。两组每周两次在休息前和休息15分钟后测量血压。数据采用描述性统计和推断性检验进行分析。
根据曼-惠特尼检验，干预前及干预后前两周两组的平均收缩压无统计学差异（>0.05）；然而，干预第三周后，干预组的平均收缩压显著低于对照组（<0.001）。根据曼-惠特尼检验，干预前及干预后第一周两组的平均舒张压无统计学差异（<0.05）。然而，干预第二周后，干预组的平均舒张压显著低于对照组，且在干预第四周时下降最为明显（<0.001）。
本研究表明，耳穴疗法可降低妊娠期高血压孕妇的血压。
