Abstract

Reliable monitoring of nitroimidazoles (NDZs) is of great significance to public health. Herein, an azo-linked porous organic polymer (Res-POPs) was prepared by green synthesis method using natural resveratrol as monomer for the first time. Using Res-POPs as sorbent, a facile method coupling solid-phase extraction with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection was developed for effective detecting NDZs. The method achieved good linearities (0.06 ∼ 100 ng mL for water, 1.8 ∼ 200 ng g for shrimp, and 1.5 ∼ 200 ng g for Basa fish) with determination coefficients above 0.995, low detection limits (0.02 ∼ 0.05 ng mL, 0.60 ∼ 1.00 ng g and 0.50 ∼ 0.90 ng g for water, shrimp and Basa fish), high method recovery (85 %∼114 %) and relative standard deviations below 8.2 %. The results demonstrated the superiority and the promising potential of the established method for detection of NDZs compared with the reported method.

可靠监测硝基咪唑类(NDZs)对公共卫生具有重要意义。本文首次采用绿色合成方法,以天然白藜芦醇为单体,制备了一种偶氮连接的多孔有机聚合物(Res-POPs)。以 Res-POPs 为吸附剂,建立了一种简单的固相萃取与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测相结合的方法,用于有效检测 NDZs。该方法在水相(0.06100ng mL,0.995 以上)、虾(1.8200ng g,0.995 以上)和巴沙鱼(1.5200ng g,0.995 以上)中的线性良好,检测限低(0.020.05ng mL、0.601.00ng g 和 0.500.90ng g),方法回收率高(85%~114%),相对标准偏差低于 8.2%。与已报道的方法相比,该方法具有优越性和潜在的应用前景,可用于检测 NDZs。
