Abstract
Four cases of poisoning with hydrogen sulphide (H2S) were admitted to Ashburton Hospital within a period of one week following accidental exposure to H2S at a freezing works. We review the clinical presentation of these four cases, their management, follow up and the circumstances which led to their accidental exposure.
