Abstract

Botryosphaeriales species are important pathogens that have worldwide distribution. In this study, 23 Botryosphaeriales strains were isolated from 13 host species during a dieback disease survey in Beijing, China. Based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses, six Botryosphaeriales species were identified, including two new species named and , and four new host records: from Cotinuscoggygriavar.cinereus, from , , , , , , , , from , and from , , and . This study enriches the species diversity associated with tree dieback in Beijing, China, and contributes to the further study of the taxonomy of this order.

摘要

葡萄座腔菌目物种是分布于全球的重要病原菌。在本研究中,在中国北京进行的一次树木枯死病调查期间,从13种寄主植物中分离出了23株葡萄座腔菌目菌株。基于形态学和系统发育分析,鉴定出6种葡萄座腔菌目物种,包括两个新物种命名为 和 ,以及4个新的寄主记录: 来自灰毛黄栌, 来自 , , , , , , , 来自 ,以及 来自 , ,和 。本研究丰富了中国北京与树木枯死病相关的物种多样性,并有助于该目分类学的进一步研究。
