We present a genome assembly from an individual female (the Black Lace-weaver; Arthropoda; Arachnida; Araneae; Amaurobiidae). The genome sequence is 3,564.8 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X , X and X sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 14.24 kilobases in length.
