Abstract

Sea buckthorn (), as a homologous species of medicine and food, is widely used by Mongolians and Tibetans for its anti-tumor, antioxidant and liver-protecting properties. In this review, the excellent anti-tumor effect of sea buckthorn was first found through network pharmacology, and its active components such as isorhamnetin, quercetin, gallic acid and protocatechuic acid were found to have significant anti-tumor effects. The research progress and application prospect of sea buckthorn and its active components in anti-tumor types, mechanism of action, liver protection, anti-radiation and toxicology were reviewed, providing theoretical basis for the development of sea buckthorn products in the field of anti-tumor research and clinical application.

摘要

沙棘作为药食同源的物种,因其抗肿瘤、抗氧化和保肝特性而被蒙古族和藏族广泛使用。在本综述中,首先通过网络药理学发现了沙棘具有优异的抗肿瘤作用,并发现其活性成分如异鼠李素、槲皮素、没食子酸和原儿茶酸具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。综述了沙棘及其活性成分在抗肿瘤类型、作用机制、保肝、抗辐射和毒理学方面的研究进展及应用前景,为沙棘产品在抗肿瘤研究和临床应用领域的开发提供理论依据。
