Abstract

In order to explore the characteristics of the mitochondrial genome sequence of Pratt's leaf-nosed bat ( Thomas 1891) and understand their phylogenetic status in Chiroptera, this study determined the mitochondrial genome sequences of from five regions in China using high-throughput sequencing technology, sequence assembly, and genome annotation. The results showed that these sequences contained 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 1 non-coding region, all exhibiting a significant AT bias. Based on the phylogenetic tree constructed using 13 protein-coding genes from 15 Chiroptera species, the study found that from the five regions clustered together, and then clustered with into a single clade. Meanwhile, from Jiangxi, Fujian, and Guangdong regions of China showed closer genetic relationships, while from Yunnan and Henan regions of China exhibited closer genetic relationships. This study not only supplemented the mitochondrial genome database of but also laid a foundation for genetic variation, molecular classification, and evolutionary studies of .

为了探究普氏叶鼻蝠(Thomas,1891)线粒体基因组序列的特征,并了解它们在翼手目中的系统发育地位,本研究利用高通量测序技术、序列组装和基因组注释,测定了来自中国五个地区的普氏叶鼻蝠线粒体基因组序列。结果表明,这些序列包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个非编码区,均表现出明显的AT偏向性。基于利用15种翼手目物种的13个蛋白质编码基因构建的系统发育树,研究发现来自五个地区的普氏叶鼻蝠聚集在一起,然后与普氏叶鼻蝠聚为一个单系分支。同时,中国江西、福建和广东地区的普氏叶鼻蝠显示出较近的遗传关系,而中国云南和河南地区的普氏叶鼻蝠表现出较近的遗传关系。本研究不仅补充了普氏叶鼻蝠的线粒体基因组数据库,也为普氏叶鼻蝠的遗传变异、分子分类和进化研究奠定了基础。
