正常新生儿的室管膜下囊肿

We undertook a prospective ultrasound study of subependymal cyst formation in normal neonates. Twenty five of 500 normal Chinese neonates (5%) were found to have subependymal cysts. Most of these (18 of 25) showed no obvious perinatal insult. This study suggests a rather high incidence of concealed intrauterine subependymal haemorrhage in normal term neonates.

我们对正常新生儿室管膜下囊肿形成进行了一项前瞻性超声研究。500名正常中国新生儿中有25名（5%）被发现有室管膜下囊肿。其中大多数（25名中的18名）没有明显的围产期损伤。这项研究表明足月正常新生儿隐匿性宫内室管膜下出血的发生率相当高。
