Abstract

The direct and indirect method of the Immune electron microscopy (IEM) was used for the identification of two influenza viruses of the type A--[strain A/Chabarovsk/77 (H1N1) and A/Texas/77 (H3N2)]--by means of reference specific rat- and human- convalescent sera. In the cross-testing different dilutions of the virus in the allantoic fluid and of the sera were examined for the determination of the appropriate rates for the formation of the immunocomplexes. In the demonstration of the immunocomplexes the higher sensitivity of the indirect method was proved, by using the pig-anti-human-IgG serum,--in comparing with the direct method.

采用免疫电镜(IEM)的直接法和间接法,借助标准的大鼠和人类恢复期血清,对两种甲型流感病毒——[毒株A/哈巴罗夫斯克/77(H1N1)和A/得克萨斯/77(H3N2)]——进行鉴定。在交叉试验中,检测了尿囊液中不同稀释度的病毒以及血清,以确定形成免疫复合物的合适比例。在免疫复合物的检测中,通过使用猪抗人IgG血清,证明间接法与直接法相比具有更高的灵敏度。
