[微量培养皿中的细胞培养方法]

A method is proposed of cell cultivation on the microscopic glass. Glass rings with inner diameter of 6 mm are fixed on prepared glasses. A simple of 0.2 ml cell suspension is poured into so-formed microcups. The cultivation is carried out in hermetic Petri dishes under conditions of the 5% CO2 atmospheric saturation at 37 degrees C.
