Abstract

-Difluorination of carbon-carbon triple bonds was conducted using Brønsted acids, such as TfNH and TfOH, combined with BuNBF as the fluorine source. The electrochemical oxidation of a BuNBF/CHCl solution containing alkyne substrates could also give the corresponding -difluorinated compounds ( method). The electrolysis method was also applicable for -difluorination of alkynes.

使用布朗斯特酸(如三氟甲磺酸铵和三氟甲磺酸)与丁基三氟硼酸钾作为氟源进行碳-碳三键的二氟代反应。含有炔烃底物的丁基三氟硼酸钾/氯仿溶液的电化学氧化也能得到相应的二氟代化合物(方法)。电解方法也适用于炔烃的二氟代反应。
