The application of the hemosorption technique for storage, preservation and transfusion of the donor blood will result in a substantial increase in effectiveness of its application in numerous practically important situations, including even such as massive and exchange transfusion, or in patients with renal or liver insufficiency. Especially the metabolism of the erythrocytes, the intra- and extracellularic electrolyte supply of the blood and the pH level of the blood will be corrected according to the norm. Harmful products of the metabolism, microclots and impaired cells will also be reduced. The osmotic resistance of the erythrocytes rises significantly, the viscosity of the blood and the HBS-antigen level decrease.
血液吸附技术在供体血液储存、保存及输血中的应用,将大幅提高其在众多实际重要情形中的应用效果,包括大规模输血和换血输血,或应用于肾功能或肝功能不全患者。尤其红细胞的代谢、血液的细胞内及细胞外电解质供应以及血液的pH值将恢复正常。代谢有害产物、微凝块及受损细胞也会减少。红细胞的渗透压显著提高,血液粘度及HBS抗原水平降低。
