Abstract

The main chemical constituents from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were isolated and purified using the macroporous resin,microporous resin(MCI) and octadecylsilyl silica gel(ODS) column chromatography, as well as semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including mass spectrometry(MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), ultraviolet(UV), infrared(IR) and circular dichoism(CD) combined with literature data.A total of 11 compounds were isolated and identified, including 4 lignan glycosides, 2 benzyl alcohol glycosides, 4 flavonoid glycosides, and 1 α-tetralone glycoside:(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-9'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),(7S, 8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(7S, 8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol di-9, 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), 3'-O-methylepicatechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), 3'-O-methylcatechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), apigenin 6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9), isoscoparin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10), and(4R)-8-hydroxy-α-tetralone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11). Compound 1 is a new neolignan glycoside, and compounds 2-5 and 7-11 are isolated from genus Acorus for the first time.

采用大孔树脂、微孔树脂(MCI)、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS)柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱法,从石菖蒲根茎中分离并纯化其主要化学成分。通过质谱(MS)、核磁共振(NMR)、紫外(UV)、红外(IR)和圆二色(CD)等光谱分析,并结合文献数据对其化学结构进行了鉴定。共分离鉴定出11个化合物,包括4个木脂素苷、2个苯甲醇苷、4个黄酮苷和1个α-四氢萘酮苷:(7S,8R)-二氢脱氢二松柏醇9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-9'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(7S,8R)-二氢脱氢二松柏醇9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(7S,8R)-二氢脱氢二松柏醇二-9,9'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、3'-O-甲基表儿茶素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、3'-O-甲基儿茶素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、芹菜素6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、异荭草苷7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)和(4R)-8-羟基-α-四氢萘酮-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)。化合物1是一个新的新木脂素苷,化合物2-5和7-11首次从菖蒲属植物中分离得到。
