The promoting effect of trisodium nitrilotriacetate monohydrate (Na3NTA X H2O) on two-stage urinary bladder carcinogenesis in F344 rats initiated with N-butyl-N-(4-hydroxybutyl)nitrosamine (BBN) at levels of 0.01 and 0.05% was investigated. Administration of 2.0% Na3NTA X H2O significantly increased both the incidence and the number per 10 cm of basement membrane of preneoplastic lesions and papillomas of the urinary bladder in rats pretreated with 0.05% BBN. This result shows that Na3NTA X H2O has weak promoting activity in urinary bladder carcinogenesis.
研究了三水合次氮基三乙酸三钠(Na3NTA·H2O)对用0.01%和0.05%浓度的N-丁基-N-(4-羟基丁基)亚硝胺(BBN)启动的F344大鼠膀胱两阶段致癌作用的促进效果。给予2.0%的Na3NTA·H2O显著增加了用0.05% BBN预处理的大鼠膀胱癌前病变和乳头状瘤的发生率以及每10厘米基底膜的数量。该结果表明Na3NTA·H2O在膀胱致癌作用中具有较弱的促进活性。
