Abstract

is a apterous flat bug found in Yunnan Province, China. This study is the first to sequence, assemble, and annotate the complete mitochondrial genome of . The mitochondrial genome of has a total length of 15615 bp, which is a typical circular DNA, containing 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and a control region, with A + T content of 69.4%. The phenomenon of gene rearrangement was found when the mitochondrial structure was compared with that of other Aradidae. The phylogenetic tree based on 37 mitochondrial genes showed that was most closely related to . Aneurinae, Carventinae and Mezirinae are monophyletic groups. In addition, the results also confirmed that Aradinae and Calisiinae diverged earliest and were relatively primitive groups.

是在中国云南省发现的一种无翅扁蝽。本研究首次对其线粒体基因组进行测序、组装和注释。该物种的线粒体基因组全长15615 bp,是典型的环状DNA,包含13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和一个控制区,A+T含量为69.4%。将其线粒体结构与其他扁蝽科物种比较时发现了基因重排现象。基于37个线粒体基因构建的系统发育树表明,该物种与关系最为密切。瘤蝽亚科、卡文蝽亚科和梅齐蝽亚科是单系类群。此外,结果还证实,扁蝽亚科和卡利蝽亚科分化最早,是相对原始的类群。
