Abstract
Several materials have been used to extend the posterior lamella of the eyelids in cases of retraction due to thyroid disease, cicatrix, or loss of tissue. Substances previously used have been autogenous tarsus, mucous membrane, ear or nasal cartilage, and donor sclera or just space. I present the use of homologous bank tarsus, its advantages, limitations, and methods of handling.

在因甲状腺疾病、瘢痕或组织缺失导致眼睑退缩的病例中，已有多种材料用于延长眼睑后层。以前使用的物质有自体睑板、黏膜、耳软骨或鼻软骨、供体巩膜或仅使用间隙。我介绍同种异体库睑板的使用、其优点、局限性及处理方法。
