Abstract

We report, for the first time, the draft genomes of four multidrug-resistant strains isolated from milk (2M1), feces (2F1 and 2F2), and farm soil (2S1) samples of dairy cows with clinical mastitis. The assembled genomes of these strains were 5.7 Mbp, 62.8% G + C content, and 50× genome coverage.

我们首次报告了从患有临床乳腺炎的奶牛的牛奶(2M1)、粪便(2F1和2F2)以及农场土壤(2S1)样本中分离出的4株多重耐药菌株的基因组草图。这些菌株的组装基因组大小为5.7 Mbp,G + C含量为62.8%,基因组覆盖率为50倍。
