To investigate the efficacy and safety of refined nursing combined with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion in treating patients with gastric cancer (GC) of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome.
This was a retrospective study. Ninety patients with GC of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome admitted to Baoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group were intervened with XELOX chemotherapeutic regimen + routine nursing. On this basis, patients in the observation group were additionally treated with refined nursing combined with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion. Changes in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, KPS scores for physical status, and quality of life (QOL) scores were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
After treatment, the scores of anorexia, fatigue and weakness, postprandial abdominal bloating, loose stools, mental fatigue and laziness to speak decreased significantly in the two groups (< 0.05), and each TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (< 0.05). After treatment, KPS and QOL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (< 0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction was 93.3% (42/45) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 71.1% (32/45) in the control group (< 0.05).
Refined nursing combined with Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with GC of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome, reduce chemotherapeutic-induced adverse reactions, with high clinical application value.
探讨精准护理联合赵氏雷火灸治疗脾气虚证胃癌患者的疗效及安全性。
本研究为回顾性研究。将2022年2月至2023年3月在保定市中医医院收治的90例脾气虚证胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用XELOX化疗方案+常规护理进行干预。在此基础上，观察组患者加用精准护理联合赵氏雷火灸治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、身体状况KPS评分及生活质量（QOL）评分的变化。
治疗后，两组患者的厌食、神疲乏力、餐后腹胀、便溏、精神疲惫及懒言等评分均显著降低（<0.05），且观察组各中医证候评分均显著低于对照组（<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的KPS评分及QOL评分均显著高于对照组（<0.05）。观察组的总体护理满意度为93.3%（42/45），显著高于对照组的71.1%（32/45）（<0.05）。
精准护理联合赵氏雷火灸可缓解脾气虚证胃癌患者的临床症状，减少化疗所致不良反应，具有较高的临床应用价值。
