We present a genome assembly from an individual Dogs-Mercury Flea Beetle, (Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Chrysomelidae). The genome sequence has a length of 479.40 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 16.05 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 12,633 protein-coding genes.
我们展示了一只犬汞叶甲（节肢动物；昆虫纲；鞘翅目；叶甲科）个体的基因组组装结果。基因组序列长度为479.40兆碱基。大部分组装序列被构建成9条染色体假分子。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为16.05千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装结果进行的基因注释鉴定出12,633个蛋白质编码基因。
