Abstract
It has been revealed on conscious rats that it is possible to decrease the dose of morphine and to facilitate the vegetocorrective component of the drug effect without analgesia changes using the combination with klofelin . The effect of the combined use of morphine and klofelin has been found to be mediated by the common adrenergic but not opioidergic substrate.
摘要
在清醒大鼠身上已发现，使用氯非林联合用药，在不改变镇痛效果的情况下，有可能降低吗啡剂量并增强药物效应的植物神经调节成分。已发现吗啡与氯非林联合使用的效果是由共同的肾上腺素能而非阿片样物质底物介导的。
